EE2E.app Privacy Policy

The EE2E.app Privacy Policy provides information on how (“EE2E.app”) and our Licensed EE2E Platforms (“Licensed EE2E Platforms”) and our Licensee (“Licensee”) will utilize the information of the End User (“End User”), as well as Data and/or Content uploaded by the End User.

  • EE2E.app licenses software platforms to Licensee’s. EE2e.app Licensed EE2E Platforms that provide end-to-end encryption for messages in text form and for voice calling.
  • Licensed EE2E Platforms are hosted on Licensee server which EE2E.app does not have access.
  • Upon registration, End User provides optional or required information to register on the Licensed EE2E Platform. Licensee collected data may include the following:
    • First Name (optionally provided by End User)
    • Last Name (optionally provided by End User)
    • Username (Required data by End User)
    • Email Address (Required data by End User)
    • Mobile (optionally provided by End User)
    • Country (Required data by End User)
    • Zip Code (Required data by End User)
    • City (optionally provided by End User)
    • County (optionally provided by End User)
  • Licensee server does not retain a copy of encrypted voice calls made by End User.
  • Licensee server does retain a copy of encrypted messages on Licensee server. End User messages are encrypted on the Licensee server, messages can only be viewed by End User and the intended recipients, or potentially someone with access to your device.
  • Additional technical information is stored on Licensee servers, including randomly generated authentication tokens, keys, push tokens, cookies and other material that is necessary to establish calls and transmit messages. EE2E.app limits this additional technical information to the minimum required.
  • Licensee has agreements with Third-Party Software, (“Third-Party Software”) providers to provide services. For example, Licensee has separate agreements and services with their own server host, Cloudflare account, content delivery service, and SMTP email service that are connected to the Licensed EE2E Platform. The privacy policies of all Third-Party Software in use with the Licensed EE2E Platform will govern End User use of those Third Party Software services.
